WHAT IS KIDPOWER LEADERSHIP?
Designed by Founder Deborah Jung, KidPower Leadership is central to everything that is dreamed and accomplished at Kids Who Care. It is “the university” for everyone serving in a leadership position within the corporation. KidPower Leadership is the model that clearly defines how we see power. From a first year summer camp apprentice, to the President of the Board of Directors, we use KidPower Leadership to describe our corporate culture, teach our modes of operation, and complete goal setting through action plans. The outcome of this training is the creation of solid, intentional teams of people headed on the same path.

At the heart of the model are the basic tenants of how a child approaches any new adventure:
